Description
For Sales - Opportunity development and offer preparations stage:

  • Portal Registrations and Renewal for the Key Accounts and check for the public tenders with the existing and new customers
  • Prepare all the required documents and Fill the registration forms, Like Legal, Commercial, Prequalification's, Company profile. etc for the registrations.
  • Existing Customer and accounts meeting and site surveys (Mainly for Added value small SER projects) with the Operation/Service and Technical team for the small SOL and SER inquires


  • Prepare Costcalc estimations

  • Inputs from Operation/Service and Technical team
  • Support the technical and Operation/Service team for communications with suppliers and subcons and follow up for offers
  • Coordinate with the Sales, Operation/Service, Technical and commercial for costcal sign off and documentation
  • Damex tool preparations
  • Prepare the Customer offer / Submittal and sign it off as per mandate based on Inputs from sales, Operation/Service and Technical team and get signed by Sales/KAM and commercial.
  • Prepare the bank guarantee format an translation and coordinate with the commercial team
  • Send offers to customer or submit on line

After getting LPO/Contract For Booking:

  • Follow up with customers for the LPOs/Contracts
  • After getting the LPO or contracts Prepare for the Translations with the approved translations company we deal with them ( KAM / Sales will handle the communication with Legal and Commercial for feedback ) and then with customer
  • Prepare the booking JTS tool and workflow approval as per mandate
  • Prepare the booking folder with all required documents
  • Comminicate the documents with Operations PEX team

Other Support:

  • Support commercial for the payment collections and Bank Guarantee collections and follow up with customers
  • Support Technical for the 3rd party suppliers communications cost estimation proportions and meetings if required
  • Support the Operation/ Service team at site for the Quarterly service reports and Customers communications
  • Support the Operation/ Service team at site for client meeting whenever Sales representative need to attend this meeting
