Job SummaryResponsible for performing all aspects of Telecommunications services to achieve the highest possible guest satisfaction in accordance with the Resorts standards.
RequirementSecondary / High school education.Previous experience as a telephone operator within a hotel/Resort - desiredExcellent reading, writing and oral proficiency in English language. Ability to speak other languages will be an advantageKnowledge of centralized telephone systems.
Skills in the operation of telephone equipment.
