Roles andResponsibilities

Therole entails close working with external (Brands, Logisticspartners) and take accountability for the end-to-end delivery oftasks to lead merchant success in Apparel, Personal Care &PackagedFood.

• GrowListings: Manage, Optimize, and continuously growlistings on our marketplaceplatform
• Brand Sourcing:Plan & manage brand sourcingstrategy
• Competitionanalysis: Pricing/Promotions/Launches &study of industry trends to help our platform staycompetitive
• Brandoutreach: Reach out to target merchants and engagewith them over inperson and virtual meetings to onbaordthem
• Platform Proposition:Pitch key platforms benefits to merchants to convertthem
• Onboarding:Develop, maintain and close documents, agreements and contractswith brands
• Go-live:Ownership of execution of homepage go-lives,merchandising setups, and error ratereduction
• Negotiations:Take commercial propositions to brands and onboardthem on ad & commission-based solutions

Desired CandidateProfile

Specify requiredtechnical expertise, previous job experience orcertification

• Background in businessdevelopment is mandatory
• Background inecommerce is mandatory
• Minimum 3 years of workexperience in a B2C company in Category Management/VendorRelations
• Sharp, hungry, past record ofconsistent achievement
• Break-through-a-wallattitude
• Agility to take up multiple roles
• Very (very) high attention to detail
• Top-notch in English communication (written +verbal)
