Description

Quality Management:
Ensure that courier services meet the company's quality standards and customer expectations. Monitor and evaluate various aspects of the service, including delivery timeliness, integrity of goods, and service attitude.


Problem Solving:
Address quality issues from customers and suppliers, promptly resolve complaints and disputes. Coordinate cooperation with various departments to ensure that issues are dealt with promptly and provide satisfactory solutions to customers.


Process Improvement:

Analyze business processes, propose and implement improvement suggestions to enhance efficiency, reduce error rates, and ensure continuous optimization of quality control processes.


Salary:
AED5, AED7,000.00 per month


Experience:

- customer service: 2 years (required)
- quality control: 2 years (required)

  • Courier /Logistics: 2 years (required)
