The primary responsibility of this role is to uphold the highest service standards for our patients.

ECLAIMS

Requirements:

Verify patient insurance coverage and eligibility, ensuring accurate billing and claim submission.
Review treatment plans and coordinate with insurance providers to obtain preauthorizations and estimate patient costs.
Follow up on outstanding insurance claims, denials, and appeals to ensure timely reimbursement.
Maintain uptodate knowledge of insurance regulations, billing codes, and industry trends.
Communicate with patients regarding insurance coverage, benefits, and financial responsibilities.
Collaborate with dental providers and office staff to resolve insurancerelated issues and ensure smooth workflow.
Generate reports and analyze insurance claim data to identify trends, improve billing processes, and maximize reimbursement.
Assist with patient scheduling, registration, and financial counseling as needed.

Demonstrable expertise in insurance processes is a must in ECLAIMS.

Proven experience in receptionist roles is advantageous.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

Fluency in English is essential.

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
