We are seeking a talented and experienced Architect to join our dynamic team.

As an Architect, you will be responsible for producing high-quality shop drawings using AutoCAD, creating realistic 3D renderings with 3D Max, and working with Revit to collaborate on building projects.

As an Architect, you will play a pivotal role in designing and overseeing the construction of innovative and functional structures.

Responsibilities:

• Produce accurate and precise shop drawings using AutoCAD, ensuring they adhere to project specifications and industry standards.
• Develop visually impressive 3D renderings using 3D Max, effectively bringing architectural concepts to life.
• Collaborate with clients to understand project requirements and create concept designs that align with the client's vision and functional needs. Collaborate with the design and engineering teams to transform initial sketches and concepts into fullyfledged architectural plans and models.
• Prepare detailed architectural drawings, plans, and blueprints using industrystandard software (AutoCAD, Revit, etc.). Conduct regular quality checks on drawings and renderings to maintain consistency and accuracy.
• Coordinate with various stakeholders, including engineers, contractors, and project managers, to ensure seamless integration of architectural designs.
• Material Selection and Specifications: Research and recommend appropriate building materials, finishes, and sustainable solutions that align with the project's budget and environmental considerations.
• Quality Control: Conduct regular site visits to monitor construction progress, resolve any designrelated issues, and ensure the implementation of design specifications.

Collaborate with the cost estimation team to develop accurate project budgets, considering materials, labour, and other related expenses.

• Stay uptodate with the latest trends and advancements in architectural software and technology to enhance the overall design process.

Requirements:


Educational Background:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.

Work Experience:
Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience in architectural drafting and rendering.


Technical Skills:

• Proven professional experience as an Architect, specializing in shop drawings and 3D rendering.
• Proficient in using AutoCAD, 3D Max, Revit, SketchUp, and/or similar tools for architectural design and visualization.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to produce accurate, errorfree drawings and renderings.
• Creative mindset with a keen eye for aesthetics and design principles.

Communication Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and team members.

Project Management:
Experience in managing architectural projects from start to finish, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
