  • 1. Conducting engaging and comprehensive training sessions for aspiring CNAs.
  • 2. Demonstrating nursing techniques, procedures, and patient care best practices.
  • 3. Utilizing modern teaching methodologies to cater to diverse learning styles.
  • 4. Creating and updating training materials, lesson plans, and assessments.
  • 5. Providing individualized feedback and guidance to students to foster their growth.
  • 6. Evaluating student performance and progress regularly to ensure successful learning outcomes.
  • 7. Collaborating with fellow trainers and faculty to enhance the overall training program.

Requirements:


Certification:
you must be a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) with a valid DOH license.


Experience:
significant experience as a CNA with a proven track record of delivering exceptional care and expertise.


Teaching Skills:
Previous experience in training, mentoring, or teaching will be a valuable asset.


Passion:
A genuine passion for healthcare education and a commitment to helping others succeed.


Communication:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential to engage students effectively.


Adaptability:
Ability to adapt to the learning needs of individual students and adjust teaching techniques accordingly.


Team Player:
A collaborative mindset and the ability to work well within a team environment.


Salary:
AED3, AED5,000.00 per month


Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
