- Proven work experience of 3+ years ina sales management role, preferably in the sporting goodsindustry.
- Demonstrable experience in managingthe complete sales process, from prospecting to closingdeals.
- Experience in a client-facingenvironment, with a track record of developing and maintainingstrong client relationships.
- Proficient insales reporting and tracking, with a proven ability to meet orexceed sales quotas.
- Strong understanding ofthe sporting goods industry, including supply and demanddynamics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation,and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to travel fortrade shows and client meetings.
- Proficient inMS Office Suite and CRMsoftware.
- Bachelor's degree inBusiness Administration, Marketing, or related field ispreferred.
