    Responsibilities

    • Develop and implement a strategicsales plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customerbase.
    • Build and maintain strong, long-lastingcustomer relationships by partnering with them and understandingtheir needs.
    • Attend industry-specific tradeshows to network, develop leads, and increase brandawareness.
    • Provide superior customer servicethroughout and after the sales process, ensuring customersatisfaction and loyalty.
    • Understand supply anddemand dynamics within the sporting goods industry and adjust salesstrategies accordingly.
    • Prepare and deliversales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to seniormanagement.
    • Coordinate with internal teams toensure timely delivery of products and resolve any issues that mayarise.
    • Continually assess our marketingtechniques and their efficacy in affectingsales.
    • Stay up-to-date on current market trendsand competitor strategies.

    Qualifications

    • Proven work experience of 3+ years ina sales management role, preferably in the sporting goodsindustry.
    • Demonstrable experience in managingthe complete sales process, from prospecting to closingdeals.
    • Experience in a client-facingenvironment, with a track record of developing and maintainingstrong client relationships.
    • Proficient insales reporting and tracking, with a proven ability to meet orexceed sales quotas.
    • Strong understanding ofthe sporting goods industry, including supply and demanddynamics.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation,and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to travel fortrade shows and client meetings.
    • Proficient inMS Office Suite and CRMsoftware.
    • Bachelor's degree inBusiness Administration, Marketing, or related field ispreferred.
