    • What you will bedoing:
    • He/she will have to prepare their owninventory list for their station.
    • He/she shouldhave the ability, knowledge and skill to fill in for another chefwhen he or she is absent from another station. Thus, basic overallknowledge is required.
    • Has to make sure thatstandard recipes and plating guides are followed at all times inher/his outlet
    • Provides the Executive Sous Chefwith daily market list for her/his outlet and controls personallyall goods received, in order to guarantee the quality andquantity
    • Has to provide the Executive Sous Chefwith recipes and costing as per therequirement
    • Assists and proposes to theExecutive Sous Chef & Executive Chef special FoodPromotions, Events and other Food related activities for her/hisoutlet
    • Interacts and communicates with OutletSupervisors on daily basis and makes sure all food items are sentto the Outlets are well explained.
    • Controlsfood wastage, without compromising on food quality.

    Your Experience AndSkills Include

    • Minimum of 1-2 years'experience in 5* hotel or similar.
    • Experiencein the GCC and/or Middle East Region is aplus.
