    Description
    Ø Experience in Process modellingand development/implementation using IBM Blue Works Live and IBMBPM 8.5.X/BAW, Knowledge of Advanced Encryption Standards(AES)


    Ø Hands on experience on ITproduction support and should be well versed with ITIL ITOperations framework for incident, problem and changemanagement.

    Ø Proficient inApplication support and providing solutions to meet therequirements and design Proof of Concept (POC). Experience indefining the best practices and implementing right through thedevelopment stages.

    Ø Experience inintegrating IBM BPM with databases, web services, LDAP, SMTP andother integration services, database integration, serviceintegration.

    Ø Experience ininstallation and troubleshooting IBM BPM application. Hands-on inIBM WODM and IBM FileNet.

    ØExperience in Integration with External systems like Microservices,CRM and Core banking systems involving middleware for securetransactions. E.g., Integration with FINACLE, TIBCO, Safe watch& FIRCO.


    Ø Should be ableto manage complete BPM Application involving Process Flows/Handling Change Requests and Supporting the Critical Issuesinvolving Production environment in IBMBPM.

    Ø Experience on performing theDR /PR Drill and OS patching on BPM infrastructure server. Processmodeling and development/implementation usingIBM.

    Ø Performs optimization, andautomation activities to support the implementation of aproduct/application.
