Job responsibilities for an MEP site foreman:

Team Supervision:
Lead and supervise a team of technicians, electricians, plumbers, and HVAC technicians.

Project Coordination:
Coordinate with project managers and engineers to ensure smooth execution of MEP systems on site.

Work Planning:
Develop work schedules and plans, considering project timelines and resource allocation for MEP activities.

Material Management:

Provide material list as per the drawings and site and coordinate with procurement to ensure timely availability of materials and equipment for MEP installations.

Quality Control:
Ensure work complies with project specifications, codes, standards, and safety regulations through regular inspections.

Technical Support:
Provide guidance and assistance to the team in problem-solving and interpreting design drawings.

Safety Enforcement:
ensure compliance with safety regulations.

Conflict Resolution:
Address and resolve conflicts or issues that may arise on-site, including technical disputes and coordination challenges.

Must have valid UAE driving license.

Must have min. 5 years UAE experience either with MEP technical services or interior contracting.

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent

Salary:
Up to AED5,000.00 per month
