Requirement

Minimum 5 years' of sales experience working within Real EstateProven success in achieving real estate sales and targetsExcellent leadership, communication, interpersonal and customer service skillsDevelop, Present, and Execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets, expand customer base, and open new business channels & opportunitiesHighly Dedicated, Motivated, Result Oriented Individual with strong work ethic and ability to develop, train, and lead a strong sales team & process to achieve set goalsBuild and maintain strong, long-lasting customer & channel relationships

Key Responsibilities

They Will be responsible for working in a target driven sales environment to maximize the opportunity of salesSource potential investors/buyers and establish maintain a good work relationshipRecruit local real estate brokers as agents to promote and sell off-plan and ready properties in DubaiPlanning monthly sales targets and executing them in given time framePresentation to customers on the projects handled by Homes 4 LifeDeveloping & communicating key detailed sales strategies, tactics and action plansGathering & Deploying resources with vigilant monitoring to ensure successful execution of the strategiesConsistently setting & achieving Sales Financial, Awareness, Relationship TargetsHitting annual targets, building relationships, understanding customer trends, detailed training & developing the sales team, actively managing team and ensuring maximum productivity, leading the sales team to success and growth
