    Summary:
    TheSenior Manager will spearhead marketing efforts for a studiofocusing on mobile games responsible for crafting and executinginnovative strategies to engage users across various mediaplatforms. With a strong background in mobile game marketing and akeen understanding of market dynamics this role requires leadershipskills to guide marketing and user acquisition towards achievingcompany objectives. The ideal candidate will possess expertise indigital advertising user engagement and analytics alongside apassion for gaming culture.

    KeyResponsibilities:
    StrategicMarketing & User Acquisition:Develop and execute global marketing strategies emphasizing useracquisition market analysis and budgetmanagement.
    KPIs &Campaign Management: Establish andmonitor campaign KPIs focusing on user engagement downloads andretention to optimize user acquisitionefforts.
    Digital &Creative Campaigns: Lead digitalmarketing and creative content initiatives across key platforms todrive user interest and download rates ensuring continuousoptimization.
    ASO & MarketVisibility: Drive App Store Optimization(ASO) to improve game visibility on major platforms while stayingupdated on mobile gaming trends for strategicinsights.
    Innovative Techniques& Analytics: Utilize machinelearning and advanced analytics to enhance marketing tactics anduser insights ultimately boosting Lifetime Value(LTV).
    Market Analysis andTrends: Stay abreast of the latest trendsin the mobile gaming market leveraging insights for strategicdecisionmaking in user acquisition andmarketing.
    Operational Leadership& Strategic Oversight: Overseethe integration of marketing with business product and operationalstrategies ensuring cohesive growth and marketexpansion.
    Continuous Improvement:
    Analyze and refine marketing strategiesbased on performance data aiming for sustainable user growth andcompetitive marketpositioning.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelorsdegree in Marketing Business Administration or relatedfield.
    • Minimum 5 years of mobile game marketingexperience for iOS and Androidplatforms.
    • Strong leadership skills to lead andmotivate marketing teamseffectively.
    • Proficiency in digital advertisingplatforms such as social media (TikTok Meta etc.) Google Ads andApple Search Ads proficient in analyzing mobile game products todrive user engagement and retention and informed datadrivenmarketing strategies for optimalresults.
    • Indepth knowledge of App StoreOptimization (ASO) techniques for Apple and Google platformscoupled with a passion for gaming and a deep understanding of gamerbehaviour.

    Desirablebut notrequired:

    • Mastersdegree in Marketing Business Administration or a relatedfield.
    • Additional certifications in digitalmarketing or game development.
    • Experience withmachine learning applications inmarketing.
    • Proficiency in languages other thanEnglish to facilitate international marketingefforts.
