As a Corporate Sales and Partnership Manager at Housekeeping Co, you will be responsible for driving corporate partnerships and sales initiatives with organizations such as hospitals, schools, business setup consultant and formation firms, freezone authorities, and real estate development and management companies.

Your primary focus will be on establishing mutually beneficial partnerships and providing domestic worker services and domestic worker visa services to their staff, clients, and stakeholders.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Business Development: Identify, prospect, and onboard corporate clients across various industries, including hospitals, schools, business setup consultant and formation firms, freezone authorities, and real estate development and management companies.
  • Partnership Building: Develop and nurture strategic partnerships with corporate entities to provide domestic worker services and domestic worker visa services tailored to their specific needs and requirements.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize revenue opportunities and achieve sales targets within the corporate sector.
  • Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for corporate clients, fostering strong relationships and addressing any inquiries or concerns in a prompt and professional manner.
  • Customized Solutions: Collaborate with internal teams to customize domestic worker service packages and visa solutions based on the unique requirements of corporate clients.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, competitive threats, and new business opportunities within the corporate sector.
  • Contract Negotiation: Negotiate partnership agreements and service contracts with corporate clients, ensuring alignment with company objectives and profitability targets.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, partnership effectiveness, and client satisfaction levels, providing regular reports and insights to senior management.

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred.
  • Proven track record of success in corporate sales, business development, or marketing partnership management roles
  • Strong sales acumen and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence decisionmakers at all levels.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written.
  • Resultsdriven mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fastpaced, dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Familiarity with relevant labor laws, immigration regulations, and industry best practices is a plus.
  • Fluency in English (additional languages preferred).
