- To work as a team with colleagues,to ensure timely service and a smooth-runningoperation.
- To understand and adhere to allhotel policies and Standard Operating Procedures with regard toguest service, how to run the operation, and personal disciplineand grooming.
- To perform every guestinteraction in a friendly and welcomingmanner
- To maintain professional telephoneetiquette and a perfect understanding of reservation'spolicies and procedures.
- To be completelyfamiliar with the services offered in the restaurant and throughoutthe hotel.
- Liaise with all comments andfeedback from the guest. Compile and share to the entire departmentfor improvement.
- To prepare monthly and allreports required as necessary.
- Closely monitorand prepare department attendance and overtimereports.
- Coordinate with all the sections inthe submission and implementation of trainingprograms.
- Handle and control all collateralsand printing materials of the department to ensure that it compliedto standards, menu spellings, logos and each sections practice inutilizing resources and cost saving.
- To attendrequired briefings and meetings within the department and ensureall points are properly documented.
- To performother responsibilities as assign by themanagement.
