    Pleasenote that this is a part-time position with the expectation ofbeing a work week of approximately 25hours.
    Develop and implement acomprehensive recruitment strategy to attract diverse,mission-driven individuals to join ourprogram.

    Conduct a recruitment needsassessment of our current programs, including a general survey andin-depth discussions with selected programs or focusgroups.

    Identify successful recruitmentstrategies based on best practices from other state programs, statecommissions, and industry standards for Recruitment andRetention.

    Provide training and technicalassistance to programs, equipping them with the knowledge andskills necessary to implement successful recruitment strategieseffectively.

    Develop and distribute marketingmaterials, including brochures, social media posts, and websitecontent, to raise awareness of ourprograms.
