    Material Handling Aftermarket Technical Sales Representative (MEIA Region)

    Responsibilities:

    The primary responsibility of the MH Aftermarket Technical Sales Representative is to oversee sales, and technical support activities for the MEIA (Middle East, India, and Africa) countries. This includes acquiring orders from new customers as well as maintaining and expanding relationships with existing distributors and accounts.

    The representative will focus on developing high-level contacts to secure high-value projects and will work closely with major key accounts to identify, develop, and grow aftermarket sales for Material Handling products.

    Building strong relationships with customers is a key aspect of the role. The representative will proactively visit both new and existing customers, establishing professional connections and promoting the company's products and services.

    The MH Aftermarket Technical Sales Representative will actively monitor the implementation and execution of aftermarket programs, ensuring their successful implementation.

    Regular reporting is required, including the production of monthly business review reports, meeting reports, and identification of prospective business opportunities.

    The representative will be responsible for developing and implementing a measurable and targeted aftermarket strategic sales business plan for the MEIA region.

    The role requires a deep understanding of Material Handling products and the ability to provide technical product training to existing distribution channels. Identifying and recommending new distribution channels to enhance the network will also be part of the representative's responsibilities.

    Upholding a professional company image in all interactions with end-users and distributors is essential.

    Job Requirements:

    A degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field is required.

    The ideal candidate should have a proven track record, preferably 3-5 years, in selling and negotiation within the industrial key account management and distribution networks, particularly in the Middle East region.

    Strong knowledge of W&H Products is essential to effectively communicate the benefits and features of the company's offerings.

    Experience working with and supplying to the Oil & Gas industry is highly advantageous.

    The MH Aftermarket Technical Sales Representative should be results-oriented, demonstrating a commitment to continuous improvement and success. The ability to work autonomously and as part of a team is important.

    Excellent communication skills are necessary for effective interaction with customers and stakeholders.

    The representative should possess personal effectiveness, discipline, and organizational skills to manage tasks and responsibilities effectively.

    High PC literacy is required, including the ability to prepare accurate sales forecasts and territory reports.

    Proficiency in English is mandatory, while knowledge of Arabic is considered advantageous.

    Extensive travel within the MEIA region is expected in this role.
