Holiday Homes Property Coordinator

The Job includes:

  • Make sure property is set for each new guest arriving; this includes coordinating with cleaning, laundry, maintenance etc.
  • Schedule cleanings and make sure they are doing an excellent job
  • Do checkin and checkouts at the property with guests.
  • Be the contactperson for guests.
  • Communication with all current and future guests.
  • Be available to drive to guests
  • Respond to booking enquiries and finalize bookings
  • Follow up on enquiries and try your best receive bookings from guests
  • Take immediate action with any complains
  • Be flexible on working hours and working days
  • Fill in Checkin Registration forms
  • Prepare booking invoices and confirmations
  • Market to Vacant Property Owners
  • Check daily pricing
  • Follow up on enquiries and try to get bookings
  • Other admin works at the office

Required:

  • Technical computer skills required on all forms of hardware laptops, tablets and mobile devices
  • Degree is mandatory
Preferred Experience: 1 year Holiday Homes Operator or Real estate property management

  • Fluent in English
  • Super friendly and always happy to communicate and help guests
  • Feeling what is needed to give the ultimate experience to the guests
  • Ability to work well under pressure in an agile, fastpaced environment
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to change activity frequently and cope with interruptions.
  • Highly responsive and reliable
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures
  • Availability to work on flexible schedule, 6days a week

Salary:
From AED2,500.00 per month


Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
