    Position:
    Officer, Customer Relations Management


    Meet and greet clients in the One Stop Shop (OSS), making sure they are attended to promptly, explaining services and the business set-up process.

    Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all company services and their associated support literature.
    Coordinate with OSS back office personnel to ensure the prompt delivery of services to customers.
    Update the CRM database with new contacts and client information.


    Requirements:
    Diploma in business, administration or related fieldBachelor's degree in business or related field is an asset1-2 years' experience in customer service in a service organization or call centre
