We are seeking a motivated and customer-orientedTechnical Customer Support Specialist to join our team.
This role is crucial for providing technical assistance and support related to our software products, ensuring customers can optimize their use of our tools effectively and efficiently.
What We're Looking For
- Experience in providing customer support in a tech environment, particularly with SaaS products.
- Proficiency in using help desk software and CRM systems like Intercom.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
- A passion for technology and a strong desire to help others.
- Ability to work flexibly in a dynamic team environment.
- Proven experience in a technical support role, preferably in a SaaS company.
- Familiarity with common software troubleshooting practices.
- Knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
- Excellent problemsolving skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- A patient and professional demeanor.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field is preferred.
