Job Purpose

Responsible for the creation and completion of technical drawings needed for bid permit and final construction documents

Job Responsibilities

• Mobilization and Site Layout drawing
• Preparation of formwork / reinforcement / detail plans (CAD) etc.
• Assistance in Material submittals and submittal records
• Subcontractor submittals and submittal records
• Assistance in preparation of monthly progress report
• Preparation of shop drawings
• Drawing distribution
• Drawing records
• All shop drawing submittal receipt back of approved drawings and record
• As built drawing preparation and record
• Complies to all applicable Management Systems (Quality Health Safety and Environmental etc.) in his area.

Job Requirements

Qualifications

• Diploma or ITI Technical Certificate in Architectural/ Civil Draughtsman or Civil Engineering

Experience

• 5 Years experience with Consultant or Contracting in building construction 3 Year experience in GCC.

Knowledge & Skills

• Adept with Latest AutoCAD technology/ AutoCAD Certificate
