- Supports the smooth running of theHuman Resources Department, where all areas of responsibility aremanaged and delivered to the highestlevels
- Works proactively to maximize the guestservice and the team experience, delivering a positive andresponsive approach to enquiries and problemresolution
- Delivers on plans where humanresources initiatives & hotel targets areachieved
- Works with key stakeholders,effectively managing and reviewing the life cycle of the teamwithin the hotel, fostering a culture of growth, development andperformance
- Responsible for the Human Resourcesbudget and training plan, where together with management,facilitates the evaluation of teamperformance
- Builds and maintains effectiveworking relationships with all keystakeholders
- Reviews and scrutinizes employeeresourcing, compensation, employee development, training andsuccession plans, providing recommendations that will enhanceperformance and provide added value to the individual and thecompany
- Ensures adherence and compliance to alllegislation where due diligence requirements and best practiceactivities are planned, delivered and documented for internal andexternal audit, performing follow-up asrequired
