We are seeking an experienced RadiationProtection Consultant to join our Environmental ProtectionDepartment. This role is essential in guiding and improving ouroperations related to ionizing radiation protection. As a keymember of our team, you will contribute your expertise in a dynamicand challengingenvironment.

Responsibilities:

• Provideconsultancy on all aspects of ionizing radiation protectionpertinent to company operations.
• Monitorcompliance in the use of radiation sources and operations involvingNaturally Occurring Radioactive Materials(NORM).
• Identify and implement innovativetechnologies to enhance radiationprotection.
• Review, approve, and monitorradiation protection procedures, encompassing both man-made andnatural radiation sources.
• Conduct awarenessand training sessions on radiation protectionissues.
• Develop methods and procedures for NORMwaste operations.
• Establish standards,procedures, and guidelines for man-made radiation sources and NORMoperations.
• Engage in applied research for NORMhandling and disposal.
• Assess potential risksrelated to workers' exposure and disposal of NORMwaste.
• Train and develop radiation protectionprofessionals within the company.
