    Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

    Proven 4+ years of experience as a Java Full Stack Developer or similar role with a strong track record of delivering successful projects.

    In-depth knowledge of React Native, C#, .NET framework,ASP.NET, SharePoint Online, and SharePoint Server.

    Proficiency in web development technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and front-end frameworks (e.g., Angular, React).Experience with database design and development using SQL Server or other relational databases.

    Strong understanding of software design principles, design patterns, and best practices.

    Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and version control systems (e.g., Git).Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to handle complex technical challenges.

    Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
