    Role & Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and understand requirements, translating them into technical specifications and design documents.
  • Work with relevant stakeholders to design an interactive easytofollow and impressive User Interface & Experience.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation using Salesforce features and
- functionalities

  • Possess indepth knowledge of Salesforce platform, including Sales & Service Modules,
  • Community Portal / Self-Services Portal, Marketing Automation, Apex, Visualforce, Lightning
  • Components, Salesforce APIs, and other related technologies
  • Stay updated with the latest Salesforce releases and features to ensure optimal utilization and continuous improvement.
  • Integrate Salesforce with other systems, such as marketing automation tools, content management systems, enterprise resource planning systems, government databases, and client management systems.
  • Maintain data integration processes to ensure data consistency and accuracy across systems.
  • Customize Salesforce to meet the specific needs of business development, Leasing, studio management, government services (Tawasol), and client services teams.
  • Configure workflows, approval processes, reports, dashboards, and other Salesforce features to streamline operations and improve efficiency
  • Integrate Salesforce with other systems, such as marketing automation tools, content management systems, enterprise resource planning systems, government databases, and client management systems.

  • Conduct thorough testing of Salesforce solutions, ensuring quality and adherence to business requirements.
  • Manage the deployment process, including change sets, version control, and release management, following best practices and minimizing disruption to users.
  • Provide training and support to endusers, ensuring they are proficient in using Salesforce and its functionalities.
  • Address user queries, troubleshoot issues, and provide timely resolutions to ensure smooth operations and user satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of Salesforce configurations, customizations, and integrations.
  • Generate reports and analytics to track system performance, user adoption, and business KPIs for business development, Leasing, studio management, government services, and client services.
  • Collaborate with government services teams to understand their unique requirements and develop Salesforce solutions to streamline processes, track data, and ensure compliance with government regulations
  • Work closely with client services teams to enhance their Salesforce experience, develop client management solutions, and provide insights to improve client relationship management.
  • Take reasonable care for the health, safety and wellbeing of themselves and others who may be affected by their acts and omissions.
  • Cooperate with Corporate Governance & Risk Department to comply with the ERM, BCM and OSHM policies and procedures
  • Performs other responsibilities and tasks as required to meet strategic/functional objectives of the organization.

Technical / Professional Skills

  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce platform, including Sales & Service Modules, Community Portal / Self-Services Portal, Marketing Automation, Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Salesforce APIs.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce configuration, customization, and administration.
  • Solid understanding of business processes in government services and client services functions.
  • Familiarity with government regulations and compliance requirements related to data management and reporting.
  • Proven ability to work effectively with government agencies and clients to understand their needs and translate them into Salesforce solutions

Expertise / Experience & Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator, with a minimum of 5 years of handson Salesforce experience.
  • Experience in integrating Salesforce with other systems using APIs and middleware tools.
  • Experience in Salesforce solutions for government services and client services teams.
  • Experience with Agile development methodologies is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Salesforce certifications

  • Salesforce Certified Platform Developer, Salesforce Certified Administrator, or Salesforce Certified App Builder are highly preferred.
