Job Title:
F&B operations manager

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic F&B General Manager to lead our team and oversee all food and beverage operations.

As the F&B General Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of quality and service for our customers, managing our team of employees, and driving revenue and profitability.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage all food and beverage operations, including restaurant, trucks, and catering
• Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue and profitability
• Ensure the highest level of customer service and satisfaction
• Manage and train employees, including hiring, scheduling, and performance management
• Develop and manage budgets and financial reports
• Maintain inventory and order supplies as needed
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
• Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to achieve business goals
• Stay uptodate with industry trends and best practices

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, business administration, or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in F&B management
• Proven track record of driving revenue and profitability
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and handle multiple tasks
• Knowledge of food and beverage industry trends and best practices
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and POS systems
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
