    Description

    Job Purpose:

    Manage security services operations to ensure safety and security of all clients, assets, personnel, visitors, and guests. Create and provide business strategies that drive the growth of the security business in line with the vision, mission and strategic goals set for the department and the organization.

    Roles and responsibilities:

    • Manage the implementation of the operation plans for security services aligned to security services strategic action plans to ensure the revenue and profitability objectives are achieved or exceeded in line with the business strategy.
    • Ensure alignment of the implementation of security service operations in line with policies, processes, and procedures to meet the client and business requirement.
    • Conduct risk assessments for all work undertaken and liaise closely with the client base to minimize and manage all identified risks.
    • Align the service delivery with the National Security Institute and Dubai Police requirements in order to meet all regulatory requirements.
    • Identify new business opportunities, build relationships and partnerships within the event security services arena to grow the business in line with budget and improve profitability.
    • Provide leadership through – setting individual objectives, managing performance, training, developing and motivating staff, provision of formal and informal feedback and appraisal – to maximize subordinate and departmental performance in the pursuit of the department objectives.
    • Prepare Submit reports / surveys on the security services provided to clients and new business initiatives and recommend corrective actions where necessary for senior management information and decision making for senior management information and review.
    • Proactively plan and allocate manpower and other security resources and implement appropriate standards and controls to ensure that all Security services are carried out in an efficient and effective manner, meeting or exceeding the overall revenue, profitability, and growth targets of the Company.
    • Ensure compliance of all relevant quality Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) management policies, procedures, and controls within the company to guarantee employee safety, legislative compliance, delivery of high-quality products/services and a responsible environmental attitude.
    • Manage the application of and adherence to a robust quality management system so that all Service Level Agreements meet consumer expectations.

    Qualifications, Experiences, Skills:

    • Minimum 5 years Security Management experience. Degree or equivalent relevant qualification.
    • 10 years total security experience.
    • SIRA/ASSD/PSBD training and appropriate license (as applicable).
    • In depth knowledge of UAE security industry and its complexities.
