JOB PURPOSE

  • To manage the marketing activity of the company to achieve profitable growth.
  • Drive the Company strategy through various channels in support of the market development plan.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Understand market needs for the generation and implementation of the business development strategy.
  • Prepare and ensure compliance to all business development objectives assigned markets and determine an efficient development team
  • Understand the specificities of the different markets to incorporate in the marketing strategy
  • Partner with vendors and customers to identify right products catering to customers' needs
  • Administer all marketing collaterals and coordinate with sales departments to facilitate customer pipeline.
  • Provide support to all industry personnel, participate in all product marketing activities, monitor all product release deliverables and participate in various industry events and trade shows.
  • Collaborate with product owners and sales team and ensure compliance to all client requirements and manage all communication for industry in term of press releases and target media outreach.
  • Developing strategies and tactics to boost the company brand
  • Keep abreast of Company products/ service offerings, key technologies, competitor offerings and product capabilities
  • Anticipate future customer/market requirements and take steps to fulfil them.
  • Conduct/manage research projects to inform/reinforce decision making in marketing planning and associated management processes.
  • Ensures all stakeholders understand what creates value for the customer/market.
  • Provides the tools and knowledge for the sales teams to be effective and communicate the value proposition through the sales organisation.
  • Demonstrates best practice budget management and measurement of performance against KPI's.
  • Use market/competitive intelligence to capitalise on competitors' position and gain advantage in the marketplace.
  • To develop marketing activities (related to company products) that generate maximum impact to target audiences.
  • To manage annual product and system budget which in line with marketing plan
  • Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals

Requirements and skills

  • Demonstrable experience in marketing together with the potential and attitude required to learn
  • Numerically literate, comfortable working with numbers, making sense of metrics and processing figures with spreadsheets
  • A sense of aesthetics and a love for great copy and understanding of the industry and products
  • Uptodate with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
  • Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Technical and /or related field.
  • Minimum of 510 years as Product and Brand Manager

Salary:
AED8, AED12,000.00 per month


Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:


  • Marketing, Product or
Brand Manager: 5 years (preferred)
