Job Summary:

We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Marketing Executive to join our Real Estate office.

As a Marketing Executive, you will play a key role in driving marketing efforts to promote our real estate services, attract potential clients, and enhance brand visibility.

This position requires a strong understanding of the Real Estate Industry, excellent marketing skills, and the ability to create and implement effective marketing strategies.


  • Perform competitive research to understand what's happening in the market, and incorporate your findings into each campaign for better results.
  • Facilitate crossfunctional communication among project stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of running marketing campaigns and paid ads
  • Know how to generate leads
  • Conceive and develop Marketing Strategies for a Real Estate Company
  • Open to learning new skills
  • Be Creative and have commercial awareness
  • Excellent communication and content creating
  • Proficient with Office Tools, good experience in editing
  • Good understanding of market research techniques, data analysis, and statistical methods
  • Updated on Marketing Trends
  • Develop and implement social media strategies to enhance brand visibility, engage with the target audience, and drive website traffic.
  • Create and curate engaging content for various social media platforms, including text, images, videos, and info graphics.

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven work experience as a Marketing Executive in the Real Estate industry or related field.
  • Strong knowledge of Real Estate industry trends, marketing principles, and best practices.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to develop innovative marketing campaigns and content.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Positive attitude, selfmotivated, and ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of local Real Estate market and regulations is preferred.

Salary:
AED4, AED6,000.00 per month

  • Marketing: 2 years (required)
