Key Responsibilities

Ocean Freighting
Export, Import and X-Trade Sales (both FCL & LCL)

Air Freighting

Export, Import and X-Trade Sales
Warehousing & Distribution
Customs Clearance & Transportation
Both Export and Import for Ocean and Air shipments.
Break Bulk / ODC shipments
Increasing revenue through retention of customers as well as add new clientele in the portfolio.
Proactive customer handling with timely renewal of rates, follow up for repeat business, unearth potential business to get onboard and collecting payment on time.
Effectively identify, communicate and voice customer's needs by actively engaging with internal teams (Customer service, Pricing, Operations, Finance, Management etc...) to resolve challenges, improve products offering and increase customer satisfaction.
Focusing on revenue optimization and meeting overall targets by offering all products to the customers but largely through Ocean and Air Freighting services.
Gain and maintain access to decision makers via a disciplined and structured prospecting regimen, including cold calling, networking, attending tradeshows and social media.
Explain products or services and answer questions from customers.
Take the lead in negotiating and closing deals by uncovering and addressing objections/ concerns from the customer.
Accurately track growth opportunities through a customer relation management CRM tool.
Work closely with other team members to draft Request for Proposals (RFPs) and ensure clients receive it by a specific date.
Negotiate pricing and contract terms with new clients and work closely with other cross functional departments to review, edit and finalize contracts.
Develop contact and strategic account plans in conjunction with other cross functional teams.
Develop strategic territory plans which include the identification of high to medium potential accounts.

Required Skills:

Minimum of 3 years' UAE experience either in air freight or sea freight or road freight or breakbulk cargo segments.
Must have a UAE driving License.
Must be able to generate a GOP of 3.5 times of the salary.
Excellent listening and verbal and written communication skills.
Strong negotiation and sales skills.
Ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
Selfmotivated, resultsoriented, and ability to take initiative.
Computer skills (Excel, Outlook, Word).
Ability to work independently and under pressure while representing the company in a professional manner.
Must have knowledge of social media and digital media.

Dubai / Sharjah / Abu Dhabi (for 3 locations)
