    Description

    We are looking for a F&B business development professional with extensive networking in Abu Dhabi, excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and a proven track record of successful sales.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Develops sales strategies and approaches for various products and services, such as catering, events, wholesale.
    • Identify potential customers and generate new business opportunities for the company.
    • Create, plan, and deliver presentations with prospective clients.
    • Forecast sales performance trends to generate revenue using different offers and high negotiation skills.
    • Develop relationships with retailers and wholesalers.
    • Stay up-to-date on market trends, competition, and industry developments.
    • Manage menu engineering, cost control, financials, profit and loss and update SOP's.
    • Able to write formal emails representing the company and opening up new business opportunities and events.
    • Manage and supervise the catering operations to ensure they are done accordingly to the client's expectations.
    • Provide regular reports on sales activities and results to management.
    • Plan and manage Pre-Opening Setup.
    • Manage ADERP and other Government portals and Tender process.
    • Plan and manage Exhibition & Events.

    REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS

    • Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
    • Experienced in the Catering business and Sales.
    • Experienced with ADERP portal and tender process.
    • Strong management skills
    • Strong business networking relationships in Abu Dhabi.
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
    • Ability to build and maintain relationships with potential clients.
    • Experience with Franchise.
    • Good presentations and reporting skills
    • Knowledge of sales and marketing techniques and strategies.
    • Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
    • Time management and organizational skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Flexibility and adaptability to change.
