- Develops sales strategies and approaches for various products and services, such as catering, events, wholesale.
- Identify potential customers and generate new business opportunities for the company.
- Create, plan, and deliver presentations with prospective clients.
- Forecast sales performance trends to generate revenue using different offers and high negotiation skills.
- Develop relationships with retailers and wholesalers.

- Manage menu engineering, cost control, financials, profit and loss and update SOP's.

- Manage and supervise the catering operations to ensure they are done accordingly to the client's expectations.
- Provide regular reports on sales activities and results to management.
- Plan and manage Pre-Opening Setup.
- Manage ADERP and other Government portals and Tender process.
- Plan and manage Exhibition & Events.
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experienced in the Catering business and Sales.
- Experienced with ADERP portal and tender process.
- Strong management skills
- Strong business networking relationships in Abu Dhabi.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with potential clients.
- Experience with Franchise.
- Good presentations and reporting skills
- Knowledge of sales and marketing techniques and strategies.
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
- Time management and organizational skills.
