    We plan on hiring a professional andskilled Field Sales Representative to join the Sales Team of ourcompany on an immediate basis for our UV Flexo inks to market. Youwill be responsible to develop robust sales strategies to attractpotential customers and retain existing ones.

    Asa successful sales representative, you will be sourcing new salesopportunities and close deals to achieve your sales targets. Youwill be playing a vital role in increasing the revenues by managingand negotiating with clients, qualifying prospects, generatingleads and managing the sales ofproducts/services.

    Responsibilities

    • PromotingUV Flexo inks & coatings
    • Forecast sales,generate out of the box sale methodologies and evaluate theireffectiveness
    • Attract new clients by devisingnew strategies and sales processes
    • Evaluateclient s needs, skills and build a productive long lastingrelationship
    • Meet individual and your team ssales targets
    • Collaborate with other sales repsto discuss on best sales techniques
    • Researchparticular accounts and follow or generate via salesleads
    • Attend sales events, meetings, andtraining sessions to keep yourself abreast of the latestdevelopments
    • Provide feedback to seniormanagement with the help of statistics
    • Expandand maintain client database within the particularterritory
    • Generate daily as well as monthlysales reports

    Requirements

    • BS/BAdegree in Sales and Marketing or relevantfield
    • Market knowledge of UAE for UV Flexoinks
    • Proven sales experience UAE for flexiblepackaging market and materials
    • Exceptionalcustomer service skills
    • Track record ofachieving alloted sales quota
    • Hands-onexperience with CRM and other software
    • Know-howof different sales methodologies and pipelinemanagement
    • Proficient in MS OfficeTools
    • Excellent communicationskills
    • Outstanding negotiation andinterpersonal skills
    • Self-motivated andresult-orientedindividual
