Minimun 4-5 years Fitout experience is Mandatory


Ø Developing and Maintaining Spencer Interiors & Contracting relations with existing and prospective Clients, Design Studios, Consultants, Project Managers, Authorities, Coordinating with them on regular and project-basis.


Ø Undertaking, Overseeing, Organizing and Supervising site surveys for upcoming projects, as well as Consultant/PM and Client Rep led weekly project meetings (in your role as being 1st point of contact), taking minutes, notes etc., and ensuring all parties (i) attend (ii) minutes/decisions/etc.

Ø Liaison with all relevant authorities - including, but not limited to Building Management, Governmental approval authorities such as TECOM, DEWA, RTA, DM, TRAKHEES, DCD, DDA, IDAMA, INNOVA, DMCC etc., ensuring Spencer Interiors & Contracting is timely aware of updated rules, regulations, fee payment structure, procuring building fit-out manuals and maintaining good relations with the building management.


Ø Preparation of Program Schedule as per client required format and timely update and sharing with all relevant parties, highlighting risks, opportunities, long-leads etc.

Ø Preparation of Method Statements, Quality Assurance program and the project wise HSE.

Ø Guide project to completion to ensure proper close-out.

Ø Manages resources in conjunction with functional managers, production and sub
- clients and subcontractors to ensure the project is kept in budget and on time while delivering a quality project.

Ø Develop and maintain RFI's, submittals, proposed owner change orders, subcontract contracts, meeting agendas.

Ø Work with onsite Site Engineer / supervisor/Foreman to facilitate project construction process.

Ø Identify potential issues and ensure timely decisions are made.

Ø Working in tenders and coordinate with vendors/suppliers to find cost/rate for specialized civil construction works.

Ø Enhances department and organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments

Ø Develop and implement an organizational and management framework to effectively undertake and control the projects compliant with the best international standards


Ø Chairing and reporting on weekly project specific; HSE, construction progress, internal management and MEP meetings during the duration of the project.

Ø Close out reports to internal and external stakeholders to verify compliance/variance to cost, time and quality.

Ø Conduct Risk Assessment exercises with the respective teams to get realistic safety, cost and time to completion estimates.

Ø Taking quantities from AutoCAD drawings and forward to Purchase department.

Ø Responsible for the timely presentation of project billings and collections.


Ø To monitor and supervise the project execution process on site to ensure completion of the job within specified time frames, in an organized and cost-effective manner, in accordance with the approved design and quality standards so as to meet customer's satisfaction and maintain continuity of business.


Ø Coordinate with the client and consultant on all issues pertaining to the drawings, plans, schedules and problems for quick resolution of all issues.

Monitor progress against the project plan and keep the client updated on the progress taking quick corrective action where required.

Ø Conduct quality checks on works carried out to ensure that the products meet all client specifications.

Coordinate with the Authorities during spot checks on the site and ensure adherence to Quality, Health and Safety regulations on all on all assigned sites.

Ø Ensure health and safety measures are strictly followed at site.

Ø Represent company in all project meetings

Ø Quality control of work done at site.

Ø Enforce rules, regulations and procedures at site.


Ø Contact the respective regulatory authorities to inspect and comment on the completed fit-out works for the issuance of occupancy certificate.
