Implement and maintain the Compensation and Benefits framework and initiatives and participate actively in periodic salary/ benefits surveys within the marketplace in order to attract and retain high calibre talent
Responsibilities:

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in HR or equivalent.
Professional certification such as CIPD/ World at Work/ HR-related areas is highly preferred.
Experience5-7 years of relevant experience in HR, with at least 3 years of specialized experience in Rewards/ Compensation and Benefits.
