Client Relationship Executive (Business Development)

Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Client Relationship Executive at Plan My Firm in Dubai. As a Client Relationship Executive, you will be responsible for managing and nurturing business relationships with our clients.

This includes maintaining regular communication, understanding their needs and requirements, and ensuring their satisfaction and generating revenue to the company.

You will also be responsible for account management and fostering long-term partnerships with clients.


Responsibilities

  • Coordinating with the client relationship team on a daily basis.
  • Keeping the CRM up to date.
  • Providing daily stat reports to the reporting manager.
  • Supporting the operations flow.
  • Following up with clients who are already in contact
  • Updating accurate client related data and alerting the peers regarding new or missed leads.

Qualifications

  • 1 year of business development experience. Business set up experience would be advantageous.
  • Diploma or BSC in Business.
  • Professional Command in English. Any other additional language would be advantageous.
  • Excellent problem solving, interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Should be able to join immediately.
  • Freshers are also welcome to apply.
