Position role:

Must have knowledge in exhibition stands, modular spaces fabrication and joinery work.
Knowledge and knowhow in finishing carpentry, metal fabrication and paint processes
Plan timing of the processes and give estimated finish time
Study and communicate findings of the brief given by clients
Planning the build and installation of each project
Provide guidance during the technical drawing phase
Approve the technical drawings before it reaches the Production
Determine and manage human and material resources to meet production target
Ensure implementation and adherence to health and safety procedures
Set and monitor product quality standards
Analyze production and quality control to detect and correct deviations
Estimate production costs and guide team to adhere to budget
Ensuring that goods and services are produced efficiently

Experience:

Carpentry Production, Metal & Painting: 5 years (required)
Lead projects from requirements definition through deployment, identifying schedules, scopes, budget estimations, and implementation plans, including risk mitigation
Fluent in English
UAE experience is a MUST
