Responsibilities:


  • Assist with daytoday office operations, including answering phones, managing schedules, and organizing files.
  • Coordinate real estate transactions, including the preparation of contracts, agreements, and closing documents.
  • Maintain accurate records of property listings, sales, and leases.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and team members to ensure smooth transactions.
  • Prepare marketing materials and assist with social media management.
  • Assist with property showings and open houses as needed.
  • Provide administrative support to the real estate team, including preparing reports and presentations.
  • Assist with special projects and events as assigned.

Requirements:


  • Minimum of 1 year of administrative experience in the real estate industry.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and real estate software (e.g., MLS, CRM).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Knowledge of real estate terminology and procedures.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required.
