Graphic Designer


As a Graphic Designer, you will play a crucial role in creating visual assets that communicate messages, evoke emotions, and enhance brand identity.

You will collaborate with the company marketing team to understand project requirements and deliver creative solutions that meet objectives and resonate with target audiences.

Your primary duties will include designing various marketing materials, such as logos, brochures, social media graphics, advertisements, and website elements.

Additionally, you will stay updated on design trends, tools, and technologies to maintain a high standard of work and drive innovation in visual communication.


Responsibilities:

1- Interpret project briefs and collaborate with marketing team to understand design requirements, objectives, and target audience demographics.

2- Conceptualize and create visually appealing designs that effectively communicate messages and align with brand guidelines and identity.


3- Develop layouts, mockups, and prototypes for various marketing materials, including but not limited to logos, brochures, flyers, posters, banners, social media graphics, and website elements.

4- Use design software and tools (e

g, Adobe Creative Suite:
Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) to produce high-quality graphics and visual assets.

5- Incorporate feedback and revisions from clients, colleagues, and stakeholders to refine designs and achieve desired outcomes.


6- Collaborate with copywriters, marketers, and other team members to ensure visual consistency and coherence across all marketing channels and touchpoints.

7- Stay updated on design trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to continually improve design skills and knowledge.

8- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and deliverables.

9- Prepare final artwork files for print and digital distribution, ensuring proper formatting, resolution, and color accuracy.

10- Maintain organized files and documentation for design projects, including source files, versions, and project assets.


Qualifications:

1- Proven experience as a graphic designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects and styles.

2- Proficiency in graphic design software and tools, particularly Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).

3- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout composition.

4- Creativity and ability to generate innovative ideas and concepts that effectively communicate messages and engage audiences.

5- Attention to detail and accuracy in design execution, including file preparation for print and digital distribution.


6- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively present and discuss design concepts with clients and team members.

7- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.

8- Bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual arts, or a related field (preferred).

9- Experience with web design principles and technologies (HTML, CSS, etc.) is a plus.

10- Passion for design, creativity, and a commitment to delivering high-quality work that exceeds expectations.


Salary:
AED3, AED4,000.00 per month
