Marketing Officer (Manpower Supply)

Job Summary:


The Marketing Officer will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to attract clients in the UAE market who require manpower supply services.

This role involves understanding client requirements, building strong relationships, and promoting our organization as a trusted provider of skilled and reliable workforce solutions.

The Marketing Officer will work closely with the Sales and Operations teams to ensure client satisfaction and achieve business growth targets.


Responsibilities:


Client Acquisition and Relationship Building:

  • Identify and target potential clients in the UAE market who require manpower supply services.
  • Develop and execute effective marketing strategies to generate leads and convert them into clients.
  • Build and nurture relationships with key decisionmakers and stakeholders.
  • Conduct meetings, presentations, and negotiations with clients to understand their requirements and propose suitable solutions.

Market Research and Competitive Analysis:

  • Conduct market research to identify trends, market demands, and competitors in the manpower supply industry in the UAE.
  • Stay updated on industry regulations, labor laws, and market dynamics that may impact the client's workforce needs.
  • Analyze the strengths and weaknesses of competitors and identify opportunities for differentiation.

Marketing Campaigns and Branding:

  • Develop and implement marketing campaigns to promote our organization's manpower supply services.
  • Utilize various marketing channels, including digital marketing, social media, and industryspecific platforms, to reach and engage with potential clients.
  • Create compelling marketing materials, presentations, and case studies to highlight our expertise and track record in providing skilled manpower.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
  • Regularly communicate with clients to assess their ongoing workforce needs and provide customized solutions.
  • Collaborate with the Operations team to ensure smooth and timely delivery of manpower supply services to clients.

Business Development and Revenue Growth:

  • Identify opportunities for upselling and crossselling additional services to existing clients.
  • Provide inputs and insights to the management team on market trends, client feedback, and potential areas for business development.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven experience in marketing roles, with a focus on businesstobusiness (B2B) marketing and client acquisition in the UAE.
  • Strong understanding of the UAE labor market, manpower supply industry, and relevant labor laws.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Strategic thinking and the ability to develop and execute effective marketing campaigns.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and CRM software.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with crossfunctional teams, including Sales and Operations.

Salary:
AED3, AED3,500.00 per month


Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
