Responsibilities:

Lead and manage cushioned furniture projects from initiation to completion, ensuring that all project deliverables are met on time and within budget.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams, including design, manufacturing, procurement, and quality assurance, to develop project plans and timelines.
Define project scope, goals, and objectives, and establish clear project milestones and deliverables.
Allocate resources effectively and monitor project progress, identifying and addressing any issues or risks that may arise.
Communicate regularly with stakeholders to provide project updates, address concerns, and solicit feedback.
Conduct regular project meetings to track progress, review action items, and ensure alignment across teams.
Manage project budgets, expenses, and procurement activities, working closely with the finance and procurement teams to optimize costs and resources.
Ensure that all project documentation, including project plans, schedules, and status reports, are accurate and uptodate.
Implement project management best practices and methodologies to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Foster a collaborative and positive work environment, motivating team members to achieve project goals and objectives.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field; PMP certification is a plus.
Proven experience in project management, preferably in the furniture or manufacturing industry, with a focus on cushioned furniture.
Strong understanding of project management principles, methodologies, and tools.
Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate crossfunctional teams.
Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills, with a focus on delivering innovative solutions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
Proficiency in project management software and tools, such as Microsoft Project, Jira, or Asana.
Knowledge of cushioned furniture design, manufacturing processes, and quality standards is highly desirable.
