    Description

    As a Business Process Improvement Manager, you will be responsible for driving the business process evaluations and improving the end-to-end process. You will be in charge of designing new processes and establishing relevant enablers in accordance with business units within the organization.

    Main Responsibilities to include:

    • Lead end-to-end project, ensuring that all stakeholders are involved at all stages of the project
    • Ensure that queries are responded to in a timely manner
    • Process mapping and SOP documentation using MS Visio and Lucid chart
    • Identify gaps in the process by conducting 'Process Adherence' compliance
    • Inform the relevant stakeholders about findings and reports
    • Improve overall process efficiency and effectiveness
    • Create and implement efficient automation requirements
    • Maintain and update the project's progress tracker and master sheet
    • Develop, implement, and monitor the KPI reporting process
    • Design, implement, and manage new business work flows with the DFSS approach

    Requirements

    Educational Qualifications and Certificates:

    • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering
    • Lean Six Sigma Belt Certification is required
    • Knowledgeable in TQM, KAIZEN, KANBAN, 5s Methodology, FMEA, CAPA, RCA, and relevant quality tools

    Experience:

    • A minimum of 10 years of work experience in the areas of business process improvement
    • Proven experience in the retail, pharmaceutical, and FMCG industries is required
    • Hands-on process optimization experience in business units/functions is a must
    • Automation and RPA Techniques implementation

    Other Skills:

    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Strong interpersonal and leadership abilities
    • Attention to detail
    • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
    • A highly motivated individual with interest in Digital Transformation
    • Must be able to work in a matrix management environment
