    Responsibilities:

    1. Front Desk Management:
    • Greet and assist patients in a friendly and welcoming manner.
    • Manage front desk operations including handling phone calls scheduling appointments and managing walkins.
    1. Patient Liaison:
    • Act as a liaison between patients and medical staff ensuring smooth communication and coordination.
    • Provide information about clinic services procedures and appointment details.
    1. Administrative Support:
    • Perform general administrative tasks such as data entry filing and maintaining accurate patient records.
    • Assist in coordinating and organizing clinic events or promotions.
    1. Appointment Scheduling:
    • Efficiently manage appointment schedules coordinating with medical staff to ensure optimal patient flow.
    • Handle appointment cancellations or rescheduling as needed.
    1. Cash Handling:
    • Process patient payments issue receipts and ensure accurate cash handling procedures.
    • Collaborate with the finance department for billingrelated inquiries.

    Qualifications:

    1. Minimum of 5 years of experience as a receptionist in a similar aesthetic clinic setting.
    2. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customerfocused attitude.
    3. Proficiency in using office software and electronic scheduling systems.
    4. Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
    5. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
    6. Filipino nationality preferred
