Description
As a Marketing and Social Media Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing effective marketing strategies to promote our products/services and enhance our brand presence across various digital platforms.
You will be responsible for managing our social media accounts, creating engaging content, analysing performance metrics, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve our marketing goals.
Responsibilities:
Social Media Management:
- Manage and oversee all social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Develop a content calendar and create compelling, relevant, and engaging posts.
- Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and interactions in a timely manner.
- Stay updated on social media trends and implement best practices.
Content Creation:
- Create a wide range of content including text, images, videos, and infographics.
- Develop creative and captivating content that aligns with the brand's voice and message.
- Collaborate with the design team to ensure visual consistency and highquality graphics.
Campaign Development:
- Plan and execute social media campaigns and contests to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall marketing strategies.
Analytics and Reporting:
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for social media campaigns and regularly analyze data.
- Generate reports to measure the effectiveness of campaigns, track audience growth, and identify areas for improvement.
Community Engagement:
- Build and nurture relationships with the online community, influencers, and brand advocates.
- Foster a positive and active online community that reflects the brand's values.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with the marketing, sales, and design teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding.
- Collaborate with content writers to align social media content with overall marketing materials.
Required work experience & skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience as a Social Media Coordinator or similar role. Minimum 2 years experience.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
- Basic graphic design skills and familiarity with design software (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
- Proficiency in using social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer).
Salary:
From AED1.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Sharjah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
