As a Marketing and Social Media Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing effective marketing strategies to promote our products/services and enhance our brand presence across various digital platforms.

You will be responsible for managing our social media accounts, creating engaging content, analysing performance metrics, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve our marketing goals.


Responsibilities:


Social Media Management:

  • Manage and oversee all social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Develop a content calendar and create compelling, relevant, and engaging posts.
  • Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and interactions in a timely manner.
  • Stay updated on social media trends and implement best practices.

Content Creation:

  • Create a wide range of content including text, images, videos, and infographics.
  • Develop creative and captivating content that aligns with the brand's voice and message.
  • Collaborate with the design team to ensure visual consistency and highquality graphics.

Campaign Development:

  • Plan and execute social media campaigns and contests to increase brand awareness and engagement.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall marketing strategies.

Analytics and Reporting:

  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for social media campaigns and regularly analyze data.
  • Generate reports to measure the effectiveness of campaigns, track audience growth, and identify areas for improvement.

Community Engagement:

  • Build and nurture relationships with the online community, influencers, and brand advocates.
  • Foster a positive and active online community that reflects the brand's values.

Collaboration:

  • Work closely with the marketing, sales, and design teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding.
  • Collaborate with content writers to align social media content with overall marketing materials.

Required work experience & skills:


  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven experience as a Social Media Coordinator or similar role. Minimum 2 years experience.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
  • Basic graphic design skills and familiarity with design software (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
  • Proficiency in using social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer).

Salary:
From AED1.00 per month


Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Sharjah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
