Description

Implementing disbursement requests received from the Community Development Authority regarding the funds of minors and the like according to approved procedures.


  • Implementing procedures for receiving disbursement requests for minors and the like and registering them in the approved system.
  • Preparing monthly followup statements after inventorying and counting the minor's assets, in coordination with the Minors' Assets and Estates Department.
  • Linking daily collections to minors' assets in the system in coordination with the Minors' Assets and Estates Department.
  • Preparing lists of supplies for minors and their equivalents and delivering supplies for adults.
  • Preparing and executing disbursement requests and delivering supplies for the amount.
  • Adherence to information security systems, policies, processes and programmes.
  • Performing any other tasks related to the work of the department or as directed by the Department Director.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration accounting.
  • Bachelor's degree does not require experience.
  • The diploma requires 5 years of experience in the financial field.
