COM ExchangeJob Responsibilities:

Build and execute an effective strategy and partnership roadmap for the XT teamLead and Support end to end strategic partnership process – determining the right approach, sizing and scoping the opportunities, engaging external partners, developing mutually beneficial commercial terms, and negotiations, identifying risks and ways to mitigate them, and driving the plan for executionBuild strong relationships with internal stakeholders (Marketing, Product, Engineering, Legal, Finance, etc.) to create a compelling proposition for XT customers through partnershipsDevelop and strengthen relationships with key crypto, technology, and financial services ecosystem participants.

Perform a broad range of quantitative and qualitative analyses to analyze opportunitiesSet, track, and report on strategic partner performance metrics to internal/external executivesDevelop new business opportunities across a variety of potential partners to increase market penetration, user acquisition, revenue, and other relevant metrics.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business or any related fieldCreative and structured thinker who finds ways to unblock challenging problemsGreat commercial and product instinctsExcellent interpersonal skills and experience in cultivating business partnershipsProven quantitative skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making.

Effective communicatorStrong bias for actionSales or Key Account experience3+ years of business development/management consulting / investment banking experienceCrypto native is a plus
