    Keyresponsibilities

    You can anticipateefficiently propelling and optimizing PanzerGlass Retail saleswithin the region both in offline and online domains. As a leaderyour primary responsibility will be to serve as a mentor and coachensuring the successful implementation of PanzerGlass strategicdirection. This involves guiding and motivating the sales teamthrough coaching feedback and leading by personalexample.

    Additionally your leadershipresponsibilities will be related to:

    • Ensure a shared language with the commercial leadershipteam for alignment.
    • Manage talent and develop team members to execute our new salesphilosophy.
    • Providedatadriven advice on customer sellout enduser knowledge andunderstanding of their needs.

    Yoursales responsibilities will be related to:

    • Budget oversight for the regions revenue and volumetargets.
    • Management of cost budgets andestablishment of PanzerGlass product routes.
    • Collaboration with Marketing for sales and marketingplans in the region.
    • New opportunityidentification and quarterly business reviews with keycustomers.
    • Implementation of valueaddedservices and participation in crossborder meetings.

    Your profile

    Your telecom experience spans working with major brandowners and distribution companies showcasing expertise in salesstrategies planning and execution notably with strong negotiationabilities. Your proficiency in analyzing markets and understandingconsumer behaviors is commendable. In your previous retail rolesyou successfully collaborated with channel partners highlightingyour adaptability in diverse fastpaced settings and your ability toeffortlessly manage multiple tasks.

    Yourapproach is solutionfocused excelling in recognizing opportunitieswithin challenges. This aptitude extends to handling objections andcomprehending partner decisionmaking. Your skill lies in guidingcustomers to prioritize screen protection through insightfulquestioning. Your adeptness in utilizing neurosciencebased salesand change management strategies secures commitment contributing todriving progress in global key accounts.
