Roles&Responsibilities

• Ensuringthe integrity of the installation & Systems functionalities aremaintained
• Attending & resolving theservice calls once assigned
• Adherence andmanagement of customer change control request and managementprocesses.
• Involvement in monitoring of systemperformance
• Collation and reporting ofoperational status of theinstallation.
• Providing technical assistance tousers on the use of audiovisualequipment.
• Providing user assistance andsupport throughout the property.
• Providingtechnical assistance for user expectations and trainingrequirements.
• Providing recommendation of alldedicated stock including essential equipment consumables andrequired spare parts to deliver the service.
  Assistancein providing quotations by gathering the appropriate informationand communicating with the sales and supportstaff.
• Consult with the supplier of equipmenton behalf of the client to report faults and seek to obtainapplicable warranty benefits such as repair or replacement of thefaulty equipment.
• Installation programming test& commissioning of the repaired or replacementequipment.
• Providing Programming/commissioningtechnical support for new upgradesystems
• Involvement in the preventativemaintenance schedule.
• Managing the relationshipbetween interested parties such as the customers IT serviceprovider
• Flexible in attending of the oncall/afterhours service.
• Providing documenttransfer (CAD Schematics Reports etc.)
• Day today official reporting to line manager with supporting professionaldocuments
• Involvement of key systems are willbe AV Automation Lighting Control andCinema
• Involvement job profile will be in thearea of installation programming Test /commissioning Training toend user and respective
• Documentationpreparation.
• Providing technical assistanceinstallation programming support for outdoor/indoor Events
• Core area of job involvement will be in Day today System Maintenance attending Service calls Operation &Systemupgrade
