_Job Information_:

- _Be the point of reference for after-sales customers, managing their needs and requests in a professional and timely manner. _
- _Develop effective action plans, coordinating internal resources to deliver high-quality solutions. _
- _Communicate regularly with customers, providing updates on solution progress and ensuring an excellent customer experience. _
- _Identify process improvement opportunities to optimize contact effectiveness and customer satisfaction._

_Job Requirements_:

- _Mastery of the English language_
- _Demonstrated experience in project management and customer service, preferably in the packaging or automotive industry_
- _Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish relationships of trust with customers._
- _Teamwork attitude and ability to collaborate with different internal teams to achieve common objectives._
- _Preferably school training in mechanics / mechatronics_
