Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in the United Arab Emirates for a OBGYN, Neurosurgeon, ENT, PICU, Neurosurgeon Physician. The Physician will collaborate with healthcare providers to analyze operations and recommend evidence-based improvements in patient care, treatment protocols, and operational efficiencies. Responsibilities include ensuring regulatory compliance, formulating and implementing strategic plans, training staff, and contributing medical expertise to enhance healthcare services. The role also involves staying updated on medical advancements and aligning healthcare practices with industry standards.
Qualifications
- In-depth expertise in medical treatment, patient care, and healthcare management practices.
- Experience in compliance management, risk assessment, and regulatory guidelines.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic planning skills.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership abilities.
- Proficiency in conducting training sessions and delivering actionable recommendations.
- UK CCT, American Board or equivalent medical degree; additional certifications in healthcare management or relevant specialties are a plus.
- Knowledge of the healthcare landscape in the United Arab Emirates is highly desirable.
