Responsibilities
Provides transaction-related services (market analysis, space tours, financial analysis, negotiate terms, etc.) for the leasing of office space across Dubai.
Preparing and updating reports and related materials (activity reports, stacking plans, lease abstracts, building specificationss, etc.) for owners.
Participate in brokerage team meetings, attend weekly sales meetings to update colleagues on leasing activity and market information, and to contribute to and benefit from others' market knowledge.
